Glasgow’s Five-Star Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa the only hotel in Glasgow that can now offer specialist cancer touch treatments after ten of the Hotels Spa Therapists recently graduated the Made for Life Foundation’s specialist cancer touch spa course.
The ten therapists completed the advanced course, which is accredited by the Complementary Medical Association, which examines how the treatments for cancer can affect the need to adapt spa treatments, this training allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of what cancer is, the staging and grading of different types of cancer.
The 10,000 sq. ft. Spa facility at Blythswood Square is a decadent, five-star haven in the centre of the city with nine luxury treatment rooms, a thermal suite, two relaxation pools and a relaxing lounge and café.
The team at one of Glasgow’s most iconic hotels can now confidently open their doors to anyone with cancer and offer a truly rejuvenating experience and a well-deserved relaxing experience.
With a full consultation beforehand, treatments can now be altered to suit each patient and their needs to ensure they are comfortable and able to truly benifit from the extensive range of luxurious, sophisticated and holistic face and body treatments on offer.
